Option 2:
- Moving by Ha Long – HaiPhong new highway: With this option, the distance from Ha Long to NoiBai Airport will be more shortened; it just about 130km. Moreover, this is new highway dedicated to cars, so the speed will be faster than the old road. Therefore, it only takes about 2 hours to move to NoiBai Airport.
